Students with Special Needs


Three enclosed study carrels (LOTF carrels), located in the Library's periodical section, are reserved for students with disabilities. These carrels provide a distraction reduced study environment. Two are equipped with computers with adaptive technology to support students with perceptual or learning disabilities. Please see the Circulation Desk to reserve study time. Students wishing to use these carrels must first register with Disability Services/Special Needs Services.

Canadore students who would like more information regarding Special Needs Services can phone 705-474-7600, extension 5548, or go to Special Needs Services website.
