*Posted hours may vary.  Please contact Archives for more information. Appointments are recommended. Contact Circulation at (705) 474-3450 ext 4111

How Does it Work?

Users may be asked to sign the archives register. They may work in the archives area after registering.

Copying, scanning, or photographing requires permission of the Associate Director or Archivist and is usually done by Archives staff,  not by patrons.

Borrowing and/or copying will require a special arrangement with the Associate Director. Materials temporarily withdrawn will be recorded [see sample below].

The archives register will be kept in the Associate Director’s office desk.
