To Find Books and AV materials
From the Education Centre Library home page
- Choose Catalogue
- Search by keyword, author or title
- Click on the "keep" box for any items you would like to borrow
- To send us your list:
- click "Kept" (in the header bar) to retrieve your list of items
- cut and paste the list into an email, along with your name, student ID and preferred delivery address

To Find Articles
From the Education Centre Library home page
- Choose E-Resources
- Choose a subject area
- Choose a database
- Login for off campus access
- Enter keyword(s) to find relevant articles
- If you are getting too many results, try adding more keywords
- If you are getting too few results, try removing a keyword
- If you are not getting relevant results, try different keywords
To Find a Specific Journal
From the Education Centre Library home page
- Choose Journals by Title
- Login for off campus access
- Enter the title of the journal (not the article)
- Journal availability will appear including whether it is available in print, online or both
- If the journal is available online, click the GO button beside the name of the database in which the journal appears
- Click on the year and issue to access specific articles
- If the article is only available in print or microform, send Distance Education Library Staff the citation of the article and it will be copied and sent to you
