Booking Multimedia
You can reserve any Multimedia material for classroom presentations.
Videos and DVDs
Videos and DVDs may be pre-booked to ensure availability, and you are encouraged to do this for your classes early in the semester.
As well, some videos and DVDs that are not held in the Library, such as video store rentals and personal copies, are covered through our site licenses, and may be eligible for classroom use.
All classroom screenings should be reported to Arlene Jackson, ext. 4468.
You can also reserve Multimedia material for practicums (except for 2-day or 3-day loan items).
You can book anything in the Multimedia and AV Collections.
The AV Collection includes:
- Videos
- Kits
- Intelligence Tests
- Puppets
- Games
- Educational Aids
The Multimedia Collection consists of:
- DVDs [at the moment, all DVDs are 3-day loan, so they cannot be booked for practicums]
- CDs
- Audio cassettes
- Slides
