To ensure seamless access to full-text PDFs from the SAGE Full Text collections, please download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, version 7.0.5 from:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
We have received reports that some of our users are experiencing
problems downloading full-text PDFs. This problem is due to an
incompatibility issue with older versions of Adobe Acrobat. To see a

Once again, to ensure seamless access to full-text PDFs from the SAGE collections, please follow the steps below:
- Uninstall the older version of Adobe Acrobat
- Download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, version 7.0.5 from: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
An alternative solution to this would be to use the Firefox web browser, which has not experienced the same problems as Internet Explorer and Netscape.
There is an additonal issue with PDF documents from CSA for Symantec Firewall users. To allow PDF documents from CSA,
- Open Symantec Client Firewall
- Click Configure in the right-hand pane
- Click the Networking tab and press the Add... button
- Add entries for csa.com and ft.csa.com
