We've identified an issue with Write and Cite that may create a problem for some users. If you have used an earlier version of WNC, and entered a proxy server value that points to the address of the US server refworks.com and not refworks.scholarsportal.info then you need to:
Apply the following fix:
Go to - Start Menu - Programs - Refworks - WNC Proxy Configuration utility
and input a proxy address that points to Nipissing University Proxy server:
http://moxy.eclibrary.ca/login?url=http://refworks.scholarsportal.info/Refworks/?WNC=true
When you download a copy of WNC from the Canadian server and install this on a
machine that has not had WNC installed on it before, everything works well.
Refworks has been advised of the problem and are working on a more permanent fix.
