Legal printing

Dear Suggestion Box:

I would like to suggest that printers in the library contain the option to print documents on legal sized paper (8.5" x 14") in addition to the existing letter sized paper (8.5'' x 11''). If this option is not possible, then some way to print on legal sized paper in the library, even at the Information Desk, should be made available to patrons.

Earlier today I attempted to print a document that required legal sized paper and it printed on letter sized. The loss here was information on my individual pages that was cut off and essentially a waste of 19 pages of paper that were no good to me. I also used my library card to pay the $1.90 to do this.

Is legal sized paper too much to ask?

It certainly isn't too much to ask!

We have set up legal printing in the library, and we've begun to offer this service effective immediately. We will be charging the same rate as we are for letter-size printing.
